We were called to install an outdoor fireplace for this homeowner. They wanted an area to BBQ and spend time in their backyard.
We started by building the fireplace foundation with block.
This initial build helped us plan out the BBQ area and the pavers.
After communicating with the customer, we added a block frame to the left of the fireplace foundation for the BBQ area.
This is where the homeowner wants to place the grill in the future.
After completing the exterior of the fireplace, we finished the interior with black firebrick.
Then, we installed pavers to complete the look and help fill the empty space in the backyard.
At Desert Starr Masonry, we believe in doing things the right way, even if that means spending a little extra time. Our goal as masons is to create long-lasting structures, saving our clients time and money in the long run.
This brick fireplace was definitely a success, and our client agrees!
